Este disco recopila por primera vez la totalidad del material contenido en los 3 singles que publicó el grupo valenciano de culto Modificación a comienzos de los 70, junto a grabaciones inéditas procedentes de aquellas mismas sesiones, muy influenciados por bandas internacionales como Grand Funk Railroad, Iron Butterfly, Vanilla Fudge, Rare Earth, Led Zeppelin…

Incluye “Across the Time”, un atronador número de freakbeat que en los últimos años se ha convertido en uno de los singles españoles más buscados y cotizados de esa época.

Un completo retrato de una de las bandas underground más legendarias de aquel periodo en España cuya obra permanecía aún fuera del alcance de los coleccionistas y reclamaba su recuperación urgente.

La edición se completa con numeroso material gráfico procedente del archivo personal de los miembros del grupo y notas interiores exhaustivas firmadas por el reconocido especialista Vicente Fabuel. El arte de la portada recupera igualmente icónicos elementos gráficos procedentes del material promocional usado por Modificación en aquellos años.

This LP brings together for the first time all the songs comprised in the three singles published by Valencia´s cult band Modificación in the early 70s as well as the remaining unreleased recordings from the same sessions, crafted under the influence of bands like Grand Funk Railroad, Iron Butterfly, Vanilla Fudge, Rare Earth, Led Zeppelin…

Includes the legendary freakbeat number “Across the Time”, that has found its rightful place, over the years, as one of the most admired and sought-after Spanish singles from that period.

This is an accomplished portrait of one of the most legendary Spanish underground bands from those years whose fans, unable to find the elusive -and now very expensive- records, were crying out for an urgent reissue of their work.

Extensive liner notes by the renowned specialist Vicente Fabuel and previously unseen pictures have been included here, rounding off the release. The artwork featured on the cover is based on iconic graphic elements taken from promotional printed ephemera used by Modificación during those years.
